• Futuro Summits reserves the right to make last-minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.
  • Futuro Summits reserves the right and holds sole discretion to cancel or postpone any conference/webinar in the event of natural disasters, calamities, terrorism, or other unforeseeable circumstances. The organizer will have no further liability to the client.
  • Registrations remain valid for an event/webinar with new dates or for future editions if the conference/webinar has to be postponed due to causes beyond the organizer's control. The Registration Fee and Accommodation charges will be automatically transferred to the next scheduled event/webinar. Refund policy is not applicable in such cases.
  • If the registrant is unable to attend the rescheduled conference/webinar, a 100% credit of the paid amount will be provided, which can be used for another Futuro Summits event that takes place within 18 months from the date of the postponement.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, trade disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.
  • The organizer will not accept any liability for personal injuries or loss or damage to property belonging to delegates, either during or as a result of the conference/webinar.
  • All cancellations or alterations of registration must be made in writing to the Conference Mail ID & finance@futurosummits.com

Postponement

  • Futuro Summits reserves the right to postpone an event for valid reasons, including but not limited to any pandemics, natural disasters, terrorism, or safety concerns. Registrants who are unable or unwilling to attend the rescheduled event are eligible to receive a 100% Credit Note of their paid registration fee, which can be used for another Futuro Summits conference only.

Transferred Registrations

  • Fully paid registrations are eligible to be transferred from one person to another with prior notice from the registrant, subject to confirmation in writing to finance@futurosummits.com. Details must include the full name, email, contact number, and speech title of the replaced person. Transfers must be notified at least one month before the conference/webinar start date.
  • Registrations can be transferred from one event/webinar to another Futuro Summits event only if the registrant is unable to attend for a valid reason.
  • Transfers are not permitted for registrants who notify the organizer less than 30 days before the conference/webinar start date.
  • Transferred registration fees are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Policy (For Conferences and Accommodations)

  • If the registrant is unable to attend or is unable to transfer their participation to another person or event, the following refund policy applies for both registration and accommodations: Given advance payments for venue, printing, shipping, hotels, and other overheads, the refund policy is as follows. All bank charges will be borne by the registrant.
  • Before 130 days of the conference: Eligible for a 80% refund.
  • Within 129-100 days of the conference: Eligible for a 40% refund.
  • Within 99-61 days of the conference: Eligible for a 20% refund.
  • Within 60 days of the conference: Non-refundable.
  • E-Poster payments will not be refunded.
  • Registrations with limited costs (special discounts) are transferable to another person or event but are non-refundable.
  • In case of VISA refusal, the paid amount can be transferred to another conference or refunded according to the above refund policy timelines.

Webinars

  • Please Register at least 1-hour before the scheduled webinar broadcast start time to ensure receiving your access link before that time. The link will be emailed upon receipt of payment but could be delayed by several minutes or an hour. Please also check promotional or spam folders for missing emails.

  • Your webinar registration includes access to the live-webinar broadcast only.
  • All webinars are recorded and the recordings will be accessible.

When Will You Receive Your Refund?

  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for registration. The refund may take up to 7 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
